Welcome to The Daily Library. By purchasing any of our sponsorship or promotion packages, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Packages & Deliverables

• Basic Package ($10 per Sponsored Post Book/Product):

  • 1 Facebook Group Post (100K+ Users Group)
• Advance Package ($50 Sponsored Post per Book/Product):
  • 1 Permanent Website Post (Featured with “User Choice” Tag at Front Page)
  • 1 Facebook Group Post (100K+ Users, Pinned/Highlighted for 1 Week)
  • 1 Email Newsletter Placement (sent once to thousands of readers).
• Premium – 5 in 1 Package ($100 Sponsored Post per Book/Product):
  • 1 Permanent Website Post (Featured with “User Choice” Tag at Front Page)
  • 1 Facebook Group Post (100K+ Users Group, Pinned/Highlighted for 1 Week, tagged @ everyone in group)
  • 1 Email Newsletter Placement (sent once to thousands of readers).
  • 1 Front Page Website Post (Displayed for 1 Week)
  • 1 Permanent Facebook Page Post

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments must be completed in advance via our secure payment gateway (Stripe/PayPal).
• All sponsorships and promotions are non-refundable, as placement work begins immediately upon order confirmation.
• Disputes or chargebacks are not permitted once services are delivered.

3. Scheduling & Delivery

• Promotions can be scheduled for a specific date if requested at least 5 business days in advance.
• Proof of posting (live links and/or screenshots) will be provided upon request if needed.
• In case of unforeseen delays (technical issues, platform downtime, etc.), promotions will be rescheduled without additional charge.

4. Content Requirements

• Sponsors must provide accurate, high-quality content including text, images, links, and book details.
• We reserve the right to edit or reject content that is misleading, offensive, illegal, or violates platform/community guidelines.
• The sponsor is solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with copyright, trademark, and publishing laws.

5. Exposure & Performance Disclaimer

• We guarantee placement and visibility as per the selected package.
• We do not guarantee specific sales, downloads, reviews, or reader engagement. Results may vary depending on audience interest and book/product quality.

6. Liability & Indemnification

• The Daily Library is not liable for any loss, claim, or damages arising from the use of our promotional services.
• By purchasing a package, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Daily Library and its team from any legal disputes related to the promoted content.

7. Agreement

By completing a sponsorship purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
